If a medical accident happens in a hospital, should we seek out those responsible? In other words, should we investigate to find out who might have caused the accident?
What do you think? Provide reasons please. Thanks. |

of course we should investigate to find out who's responsible, the hospital should undergo investigation if there's negligence behind it. Life is always a matter in these situation....
