If a medical accident happens in a hospital, should we seek out those responsible? In other words, should we investigate to find out who might have caused the accident?

What do you think?

we should seek out those responsible for the medical accident to give justice for the patient.

and patients should trust a registered hospital w/ registered medical employee so that it might lease to happen.

of course we should investigate to find out who's responsible, the hospital should undergo investigation if there's negligence behind it. Life is always a matter in these situation....

of course we must make some actions and investigate it so that none of the accidents that occurred would happen again...
