Windows or Mac?

Which one's better? Windows, or Macintosh?

I say Macintosh, it lasts longer.

It's a preference thing. I chose windows as my operating system because every mac I've used has made me pick it up and slam it down on the table a bunch of times and punch the screen, which gets me in trouble.

Every simple little task is doubled in the requirement of work. Maybe they've changed, but why would I care if I'm happy with exactly what I'm on?

macs are bad

i chose windows

macs arent as reliable as people think they are, plus nothing works on their, no common programs, or games. You pretty much get one kind of make, not customizable at all, you can't choose what brand you want, or how much you want to spend, you get a choice of liek 2 different types. and macs are hell of a lot more expensive. I mean they look nice, but thats no reason to buy a computer (but you can make your PC look just as good too)

in my opionion no one should ever get a mac, or any of their other products

Well, I like the G5s. They're really nice, and I've used Adobe Photoshop CS, and other more common Windows programs on them, but that's at school. The only Apple computer I own is a 180c Powerbook, ehich is really old.

So what if you have to change your hardware? I had to when I got Windows XP. Stupid driver signature approval. Now you need to get stuff with an XP logo.

if willing to spend the money you can get a PC that is better than a mac, on the bright side, they will be a lot cheaper than the mac.

people think that the macs have the newest and best technology, but thats not true you can get the same if not better system for cheaper

Windows, well it's pretty much the only thing I've ever used. I've tried the Mac,but I think I'd have to use it more b4 I could truly say which I prefer.

i really dont know.

i am using a PC and im used to it. i am using a PC since i started using computers. But latly i have been hearing things about the MAC. they have some cool looking stuff! i also heard that because everything in the mac computer matches everythings else (because apple makes every part in it) it runs better although they have slower proccesors. i know that a lot of graphic desiners are using mac computers. unfortunately i never used one and i can not afford to buy one, maybe in a few years. the one thing that worries me about using a mac is that all the software you have to buy from apple and there aren't too many games that can run on a mac and i like playing games!!
another thing is the beautiful interface. the operating system that is being used in the new macs (jaguar) is beautiful! i even made my windows XP to look like a mac. in the meanwhile i will use PC but where ill be able to, i will buy a mac. a good thing about using a mac is that there are hardly any viruses or worms that can harm a mac. after all only 10% of computer users use a mac computer.
