There is a new MSN virus going about now, and has been doing for the past 3 or 4 days.
It spreads through Messenger and connects to a website to display an image on the infected computer. It also disables a number of functions on the computer.
The virus sends itself to your contacts, so don't accept files named:
* Beautiful Ass.pif
* John Kerry as Super Chicken.scr
* Kool.pif
* Me & you pic!.pif
* Me Pissed!.pif
* sexy.pif
* She could fit her Ass in a Teacup.pif
* she's ****in fit..pif
* titanic2.pif
It's spreading quite fast, so I thought I'd just give you a warning 'cause it pretty much ****s up your PC.
Also, if you think you might have it, say, then I will tell you how to delete the specific files.

idk anyway, i have no firewall, no virus protection, and ive always been safe, the msblaster as an axception
yes thats true.
Not sure about that part tough: I dont Care
Thats fine with me.
i auto accept files on msn, idk what they are, and i run them, but i check the proccess list every so often
if theres an unusual thing there, the proccess tree is killed
Grrrrr. Cat tried to send me that handcuff.pif one! :@
me too, but i purposely did, i made it myself in notepad, it said hehehehehehe
This is dumb. Every computer user should know not to run .pif files.
I'd estimate that about 95 percent of computer users don't even know what a .pif is.Originally Posted by intelliot

Yeah, courtesy of Stuff2do!
Stuff2do tried to send me one as well. I accepted for the hell of it because I knew he was doing a prank. He just opened notepad and put the text "hehehehhheh" in it, and then gave it the .pif extension.![]()
