Hi.....I'm a new member

Hi everyone:

I'm a new member, and am looking forward to using this community as a place to make new friends and professional contacts.

I live in Northern VA, but am originally from Southern California.

Interests; TV (L & O, The Closer, Politics), reading, starting to write, bicycling, swimming (hanging out at pool or beach), used to ski but can't anymore due to hip injury -- I am in the 55+ age group (it's tough, but you get more free as you get older, I'm finding). Like to walk, too. And then there's fine dining, a variety of musical interests from fold to rock to classical.

Professionally, I've been a mortgage banker, and am now specializing in the newer Reverse Mortage (for those over 62). The greatest part of that right now is educating people, and allaying their fears. NO the bank will not own your house, for instance.

I look forward to 'meeting' a lot of you, and learn about you, and the Google Community.
