How to make Elliot laugh?

No, seriously. I've made everyone in this forum laugh atleast once during their activity here, but I've only managed to make Elliot use the "

" smiley at best. I don't think I ever saw him use the "

" smiley at all.
Advice please.

Tickle his feet? But seriously, he doesn't seem like a person of really strong emotions. He seems to be nice and welcoming, and edcational, which is good. But, it probably takes something really funny to make him stray away from his normal state.
