help with Dell laptop

Hi guys,
I'll be happy if someone can help me with a technical problem in Dell laptop D520.

My laptop has been shut down or locked (not sure what really happand...) and I can turn it on
The only thing I see is an icon light with a picture of the number 9 and a sign of locker - I want to turn and unlock the laptop

Hmm, interesting one.

You may contact Dell Support Online and they will explain how to unlock it.
Usually laptops has 2 levels of system passwords:

1. Bios password protection.
2. Hard drive password protection.

If you set a password on bios, then it's not so hard to reset it, all you need is a screwdriver and a big hammer. LOL Joking. Yes, you will need to open it and usually there is a jumper that needs to be changed to reset bios settting.
Dell support will probably tell you how to do it yourself if you insist.

If you set a password on a hard drive, then you may need a professional help. In this case a hammer will be a good idea LOL No, seriously, you will not be able to unlock hard drive yourself, you could take it off and bring to someone who can do it with special software and tools.

See, I did not get the relation between the laptop problem and changing sex. Apparently, I will have to learn read people minds in the future to avoid conflicts. I just wish you fix your laptop and become a really beautiful girl with a bit better manners.

What the f....? Listen to me carefully please, if you read my previous post, I said it was a innocent joke on your post, which is definitely in wrong place in wrong time. You said it wasn't, ok, I get it, but you keep insulting me and I will not tolerate this. If you make another word in my address, god swear, I will kick your ass.
