Do you hold grudges for a long time?

Do you hold grudges for a long time? like you always remember how someone has wronged you? or You hold on to a few, but you try to let as many go as possible? or You forgive and forget pretty easily?

Personally I am good about letting such things go, but it is human nature to hold grudges.
I say it's healthy to forgive and forget, though it's easier said than done.

I say forgive but don't forget. By forgiving those that have wronged you, you have put and end to your suffering, thus terminating the hurt that you could keep going forever. Don't give them that too.

By forgetting, you are vulnerable for more of the poor treatment.

me?.. i dunno... sometimes i say that i already forgive and forget those things that happens to me.. and what those person done to me.. but every time i remember what they did.. i don't know what I'm goin' to feel.. sometimes I just laugh.. but sometimes i feel angry...

i dunno...

That is a good point. I think I agree with that more than what I posted.

Yes im doing the same thing too... I forgive but i cant forget the pain...I believe time heals...
