Hate your neighbor? Go on, admit it! Got a story to tell? Landlord constantly screwing you over? Deadbeat tenants? Crazy cat ladies, roommate crashed your birthday and pissed in your potted plants, or dirty washing machine water coming out of your kitchen faucet? I want to hear about it! I'm looking for Funny, touching, revenge, romantic or just wild, crazy and outlandish accounts, tellings and stories in open letters to those neighbors you love to hate. No full names please.


Rules for submissions:

1. 500 words or less
2. I reserve the right to refuse any submission. This is NOT a guarantee you will get published.
3. DO NOT include Full Names or Addresses. Only the city and apartment number. Submissions that break this rule will automatically be deleted.
4. By sending your submission to the email posted below, you agree to give me publishing rights to attempt to get it posted or printed other media, should your submission be accepted.
5. You're name will only be included if you wish otherwise all submissions will remain anonymous.
6.By sending your submission, you agree that I reserve the right to edit all article submissions for spelling and grammar, and to make minor revisions if necessary.
7. Upon submission, you confirm that it is your original and unpublished work.
8. I will not be held responsible for any and all copyright disputes or actions which may result because of copyright infringement issues.
9. To submit, send your article in the body of the email. No attachments. Please put 'Neighbor Story Submission' in the subject line.
10. In your email, include:
* the word count
* email address.
* apartment #, and city.
* DO NOT INCLUDE FULL NAMES or ADDRESSES at this time.
11. This is a non-paying submission request. But it is an opportunity to possibly be published.
12. Please proofread your material for errors. I will NOT accept works that include pornography or erotica, child abuse, rape, extreme gore, violence or degrading actions.
13. All attachments will be deleted unread.
14. Responses will only be sent for potential accepted material Please do not query about the status of your submission.
