XP SP2 - Changes to IE Downloading

XP SP2 has made a lot of changes and set them as defaults. One of them is how IE deals with downloading.

I can't seem to get SP2, it's not on the site for me and its not coming through automatic updates as well, even though they are turned on.

SP2 is not officially out for Home users... It's out for Networks like Companies... you have to wait a while than it will be out for individuals...

SP2 still has a lot of security risks in it. They have an update for SP2.
