By request, I thought perhaps some of you needed this place more that you were prepared to admit, so here it is. Enjoy.

Get rid of all your built up frustration and anger. Just keep it clean and don't pick on anybody. Remember, this is supposed to be helpful for everyone, not just you. And when it's over, you may come out 'fixed' as it were, but it's not fair if you neighbor comes out totally traumatized and nuttier than before.
