2 Dollar Bills = Terrorism.

I was in class the other day when my teacher told us about this guy that paid 160 dollars in 2 dollar bills at Best Buy. The lady told the man that she could not accept the 2 dollar bills and the man proclaimed that she had to because its legal tender. Because of this he was arrested under suspesion of being a terrorist. Now how messed up is that?

I couldn't find any news about that. I don't think something like that could happen in America. Two dollar bills are available in Banks though they don't circulate them. I got one from my bank after exchanging some coins I had.

This is a fairly old story, I read it around the time. He basically wanted to buy something pretty expensive with a lot of small bills and so he was stood there counting these bills for a while and one of the employees thought one of the bills looked a bit smudged and that he had printed the money off himself and that it was counterfit, or something along them lines. Think he was arrested by the FBI or something stupid

Uhmm...not necesserilly. It's not just one case. Often stupid salesman thinks that 2$ bills doen't exist, so it must be fake...
