Ok!

The guy in yellow, talking to the westerner, is a scholar in China.

The westerner is here to take a challenge(the paper on the wall) I suppose. The first word was "I know! Hahahaha."

Then the Scholar came out with the words "HAHAHA! You might not know."

The girls at the back was screaming his name "Tang Buo Hu!"

The Challenge is about full stop and cormars. So by putting the full stop at different places can mean different things.

The next word the scholar is gonna say is "I know. You don't know. I know, that you don't know that I know you don't know." (This is an exact translation. Please try to understand that I am not very fluent in both English and Chinese.)

Then the westerner said " I know!".

Then the scholar said " Hehe, I know you don't know me. (For the next part it's even hard for me to understand, so I can't translate it. The meaning is like " I know you don't know."

After that, the girls went to the scholar to show that they prefered the scholar more than the westerner. (Even a nun went over!)

The westerner said " I know..."

Scholar replied " Oh Really? I... know that you don't know that I know that you don't know I know you don't!"

The scene will then show that the people all around agrees with the scholar. The westerner will then vomit blood to show that he's pissed off.

Then all the characters will say " Baidu knows more chinese!"

Then at the back it will show things like " Baidu respect chinese culture, knows most about chinese culture etc etc.

According to the rumour, this vid is to show the flamming of Baidu and Google between each other.

Yeah, that kind of makes sense, since Google is setting up shop in China, where Baidu is supposed to be the "new Google".
I wonder if they're allowed to talk about Tibet? I'm guessing that this is something they don't know, either.

Thank you AthlonAces for the overview. That was a lot of work to translate the entire video for us. The precise meaning is much clearer now.
