Lottery?
I was thinking that we should add a lottery to this site. It is a mod just like the shop except you can win GC$. here is the link of all the phpbb mods. http://www.knightsofchaos.com/zarath/mods/

Just a little extra information I found on http://www.phpbbhacks.com/download/1198. For anyone who is interesting in knowing more about it.

It works more like a raffle, only the entry fees from everyone entered are added into a base amount you can specify to find out the amount rewarded. The duration of the lotteries, if it auto restarts, the name and other general things can all be set from the admin control panel. The last user to win the lottery will be displayed in the lottery area once you reset the lottery.

Please note, this hack currently requires PHP 4.2.0 or greater due to seeding not being specified in the randomizer when it picks the winner. If you use a version lower, it will always pick 1.

You mean PHP version right?!?? Goto www.netcraft.com and in the white bar, type in 'googlecommunity.com without the quotes and you'll see...me? I'm too lazy to do it now, why don't you ...

Well check it out again. Here is what i got. this site is runnning on
Apache/1.3.31 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.8.19 OpenSSL/0.9.7a PHP/4.3.8 mod_perl/1.27 FrontPage/5.0.2.2510
So this lottery thing should work right becuase I would buy lottery tickets?

Would definately work . But we gotta get Intelliot to install it though. It doesn't mention anything about PhpBB version, thats funny...
