I've registered the domain but thats it...I had an OpenBSD Unix server I set up in my room and I had Apache installed on it. I just never had/ never took the time to create the site. I don't want to pay for hosting fees I'd rather just use a server I set up. I am getting ready to set my family up a site for their business so I guess I'll just keep pushing it back.

I completed www.notpron.com, and it was a great experience, so I decided I would make my own online riddle.

i had to make a website for my intro to freshman engineering class. It was really basic, and simplely done in netscape, that was fall of 2004brin fall of 2005 my friend wanted to make a server out of his old computer, so he did, (with a little help of a friend of mine i introduced him to) we got a domain, and set up a website.brwe originally planned on doing lots with it, but, have since done only half of that alot.bri use my part of the website: http://steve.deadlycomputer.com as the basis to publish my new science findings, in microwave findings.brI enjoy to code, and i've learned style sheets from my friend, and hope to learn flash to put it in.brbr

I started webmastering back in 1996 after a holiday of canoeing, cycling, climbing, spelunking and more. I arrived home and discovered that there was a void in my life that computer games no longer filled.

I went to Rome one or two weeks later and took lots of pictures of various ruins in Pompei and Rome. I had an old machine in my bedroom and started typing everything I could remember about the Romans and after a while I uploaded it all to the web. I still remember when i had had my hundredth hit.

Now my site has between 30-45,000 visitors a month and it's made quite a bit of money through amazon and google adsense.

My site is around ten years old this year. I was around 14 when I started.

It's expanded from the Romans to be about quite a few topics now.

I didn't have anything else to do.. i mentioned on these forums: my hd went off. so i started blogging. it's easier than creating a self-coded website, takes less time, and, finally I couldn't even make a self-coded website with damn small linux. (I'd note I code in several languages.. from HTML thru php and JavaScript to C#..)
