phishing scheme using google.com?

I've been getting spammed hard lately in my hotmail account by someone who wants me to click a link that starts with www.google.com/pagead/iclk? something something... i won't post the wholelink here so nobody else clicks it. I reported it to PayPal and they said they would investigate it, but it's been several days now and I'm still getting about 5 emails a day from this person. Is anyone else having this problem lately?

Could be. Or it could be a number of things.
Like maybe someone trying to generate ad clicks on their site.

I'd be curious to see the actual link (if anyone has one of these, I'd appreciate a PM.)
My own Hotmail accounts are so heavily spammed, that I went to a "whitelist" long ago, with everything else getting trashed.

I'm not getting such SPAM with Google URL but I'm getting many SPAM Emails with Paypal URL. I have blocked that Email address from which I was getting such emails.

Yah I never got any junkmail into my gmail until like a month or two ago. Even if it goes to spam I hate getting it. I set it up as not spam so it would go into my inbox and I'd then filter out by subject and e-mail address to automatically be deleted. It's been working better but God I hate spam especially the stuff that you can't even unsubscribe from.

You should never use the "unsubscribe" link in a spam email. All you're doing is confirming a valid address, that can be sold on more spam-lists.
