Poem

Hey, heres a little poem. I don't know what I'm going to write but I'll just go with the flow!

Here I go again,
I'm walking this road.
I said I wouldn't do it,
But I am
And I will.

There are footsteps
Behind me.
I don't stop.
I just keep going.
These footsteps quicken.
So do mine.

I'm running now.
My mind is screaming for oxygen.
My legs have a mind of their own!
They carry me on,
Until I reach the woods.
I sit under a tree,
Way into the forest.

The sun sparkles through the branches.
I look at the ground.
I'm safe.

Crack.
What was that?
I shudder
And let out a slight scream.
I saw the shadow.
I saw it
Coming
Nearer
Nearer.

I'm dead.

I would substitute 'oxygen' for something else, though.
