As the title states...Hi There. Makes me think of a song writer John Prine. He wrote a song "Hello in there", performed by several people. I didn't really know he wrote it until I heard him perform in a bohemian country style concert at a collage...oh well...something like "..old people just grow lonesome, waiting for someone to say 'hello in there, hello'."
