I'd chose the shorter one: www.heartvictim.com. However, it would be helpful to know what the site was about. They are almost the same, but when in doubt, always go for the shorter domain name.

EDIT: wait, i checked www.register.com and both of those domains have already been registered. Is that you that registered those websites or someone else?
