My Computer cant see a dot tk website. Example

www.dotdomain.tk
www.republicblueshield.tk

How come i cant even see the Registaration page for Dot Tk? A little help could be used

Hmm, I use netscape and mozzilla. I think the .tk servers are just too slow.
