Where do you sell your domains other than afternic.net?

How do you place your domains on top or how you manage to have people visit your domain in an auction site (i.e. sedo has a million names in its database, no one gonna visit you if you are the millionth one)?

Is there a list of the most active and hi-profile domain buyers somewhere?

I sell my names in a variety of ways, forums, chatrooms, afternic, the bazaar(part of afternic), and I am friendly with quite a few of these "hi-profile" domain buyers and im building up to become one myself. Ive spent well over 1,500 in domains so far, and made well over 3,000!
