.TK Domains

I registered a free .TK domain last night, and redirected the same to one of my website, but it shows an advertisement instead of pointing to my website.

Do every free .TK domain does the same or there's something we can do to have the advertisement removed?

Once you have a .tk domain pointed to your website, it's supposed to direct you to an advertisement (there's also a popup) and then redirect you to your targeted website 15 seconds later.

I suppose the only way to bypass the advertisement is through buying the domain name.

Thanks for your clarification, I checked the same and it refreshes after 15 seconds and moves to our website.

Can we somehow change the nature of advertisements or choose from the given categories?

I remember them little pieces of JavaScript that actually disabled ad's on free domain/hosting sites.

Just dont get cuaght and dont blame it on others.

Thanks for this information, I think instead of going through an illegal process, I would rather pay their fees to have the ads removed.
