Can I get a free .org/.com domain name?

Hi everybody,
I have only two questions -
1) Can I get a free .org/.com domain name?
2) If so, where?

As far as I know, no. But Intelliot gave out domains in the past for GC$ here, I bought the first one and donated it to another member(Ashley), and subsequently, two other domains were made available and they went out of stock as well. Maybe in the near future Elliot will start the practice again, but I doubt it.

1.)Yes.
2.)I notice you are from India, correct?
Well, not to long ago, a registrar started allowing free .org's for folks from India.. all you need to do is fill in your information, along with domains you'd like, that are available here:

http://www.goodluckdomain.in/dotorg.html

An account will be created for you, and if the domains you submit are available. They will be registered and placed into your account.

I put it into an online translation and it came up with:
Činit lidský konat přehlídku člen určitý přiložení či is ono jeden počítač? Pocínovat tebe ucházet se oč jeden doména -li tebe ar ne Indián?

It's only for me..

The translators are not good, because we've got more czech verbs to one englis verb. Eg go: jit, chodit etc
