It depends on the situation and to the person...most of the time "sorry" isn't enough as when you've done wrong to someone at times their trust towards you will be gone or will change...there are people who is easy to forgive but there are some that are not...and there are situations that is easy to forget but there are some that aren't...You have to prove that your really sorry...

I think, saying sorry isn't enough...the person has to really mean it, that he really regrets what he's done....he must make amends to the one he hurt...then maybe she will be able to forgive him, but reconcile? I think that's another story....
