First is Relax try to calm yourself though it's hard to
stop the flood of memories of your worries.
But what I'm doing is relax, meditate, pray, think of
positive things that can remedy my worries.
Your the one who hold the cure in your worries.

Relax your shoulders, Breathe in through your nose, don't breathe into your chest, instead use your diaphragm and feel your tummy expand instead. Keep on breathing until your lungs are full. When breathing in count how long it takes to fill your lungs, then hold your breath for four times the amount of time. Then breathe out through your mouth for double the amount.

So if you breathe in for the count of 5, hold breath for 20, blow out for 10.

Do this 7-8 times. Be careful it may make you dizzy!

Then stand in front of a mirror and smile, and remember a time when you felt the most relaxed and stress free. Keep on smiling and keep on remembering and you will take you mind of your worries.
