Hello people, well, I'm a 31 year old engineer who loves the gym, watching football, andplaying rugby.
I'm 6ft 1, 13stone, I'm an avid reader, and my other hobby is taking care of my little Staffie bull terrier (Kiera)..
.I'm just about to start the Blue zone by Andrew Gross.....
