Does google have any live chat web link? if not it would be nice if google had such a site i mean google seems to do a good job at anything it gets into.

they must have chat rooms, its just too wierd that there not obviously here.

I dunno. Chat rooms might allow pervs and stuff on and then Google's whole reputation would be ruined. Unless they made it exclusive to member sor something. That might work well.

Didn't you have to sign in with your User name and password? That's all that's needed.
And no, it's not an official Google product. It's an interface that provides a connection between you and the Google servers.

When I clicked the link mentioned earlier in the thread, the first page I got was a sign-in, to enter the Gmail username and password, before proceeding further.

You never did this?

i dont know if this is exactly what you are looking for, but if u have a Personalized Google Homepage, you can go to add conten and type in," google chat ", and click on the add button on the first one,it opens a chat room.
