It's one of those things that people think they know but turn out to be untrue. On our site there are some puzzles and quizzes at puzzle page. Try the third quiz - it tests how confident you are about strange facts, like these, that you may (or may not) know.

Many man-made structures are visible from space. But that's just above the Earth's atmosphere.
Nothing is visible to the naked eye from the moon.
