I already played sim city 2 but haven't tried 3 yet. But I heard it has a lot features than the previous one.

Didn't get the Rush Hour expansion though.
I'm still waiting for my first sky scraper.

It's hard to play for me without cheat.
But I still love to build my worl in my SimCity.

Same here.

I'd usually start the game without cheats, but when financial problems starts to arise..
