I know a way to hack people's accounts on Runescape. It worked for me but it turned out it was a noob account. Send the following e-mail to: rsaccountpassautoreply@hotmail.co.uk
Put the subject as: register
Now type in: rssaccountpassautoreply"youraccount name"rssaccountpassautoreply"yourpassword"rssaccou ntautoreply"victimsaccountname"
Replace what i have wrote in the speech marks with the correct data. Keep the speech marks or it won't work.
