I fallowed the tutorial from racer.nl. I exported from 3D Studio Max a model with "ase" extension in: Racer folder \
Output. I copied this ase model from Output folder to 'My track' folder (in my case...Carslwood-nt). I clicked in Tracked, "Convert ase batch". I gave then (also in Tracked)"Import dof models" and I entered in the box" * "to load all the "Dof" models from Carlswood_nt. After the loading was finished i couldn't see my Dof model exported from 3D Studio Max.I don't understand why! Some time ago(2-3 weeks)my dof was loaded and i could see it in Tracked(in my case the model was a BOX).But the model didn't interact with the car.It was only a ghost. That was some time ago. But now,as I said,I don't see my DOF even it says that the loading of all dofs is finished.I would like(it's my priority)to find out and to unerstand this problem. But without "LOFTING"method. Only to know how to insert a SOLID TEXTURED MODEL in an any Racer Track.I would like to talk about this and i'm convinced that this would be an important tutorial video on youtube for many interested people. Thank's you VERY MUCH. (yahoo id: raoul_ian2008 ) . |
