Question Header change ideas

Right now, it's good for a fixed width design. What I'd like to do is make the white line extend all the way across, make the gap between the links and the "notice" variable, and add a repeated background that extends all the way across (like a horizontal highlight, where the top part above mid-C in "Community" is a lighter green color).

Well, this is as much a note for me as it is a request for comments and ideas. So what do you think?

Hmm... I'm thinking it's already good enough as it stands, a very nice header!

Its excellent.
But why did you change the font of "Community" and "Are you in on the discussion?" from Catull?
