GC$ was an incentive used to encourage users to participate. We no longer use GC$, so you don't need to worry about it. They're gone forever.

as elliot said,it was an incentive used and it turned out to be pure spam,its good that its gone for ever when the forum software was changed,now we have no GC$ and also we have a cool forum software,vbulletin,all thanks to elliot.

I actually liked GC$ and what it offered, but if it caused the spam, then it's better not to have it.
