Signature length limit

I would like to propose either a removal or increase in the maximum length in the signature. The thing is, I'd like to add one more line of text in my signature, however, I cannot because of the formatting involved and limit. The current limit is 255 caracters, counting the actual things showing and the code used. I propose increasing that by 145 to 400 caracters. I believe this would allow more personalization while still preventing abuse.

why not use tinyurl to shorten your url string, like i did?

It wouldn't matter either way because I stil need to add another line... it only consists of a couple words but the formatting used to make it exceeds the limit.

I'm having the same problem also, I used up all the words And my signature isn't all that long.

Yes, I agree with you also. Has anyone contacted Intelliot proposing this?
