In response to accusations

If anyone still doubts that I listen to the members of this community, well, this should prove otherwise.

Some people believe I should not have trusted microdude, or other moderators who have turned "evil". Think for a moment; is there any way for me to determine who to trust? How can I trust anyone, really? There are some people I do, some I don't. I tend to give you the benefit of the doubt. Of course, things are a bit different now.

Banning is, of course, always a tough issue. When someone (or someone's "brother") posts crap on the forums, it only makes sense to block access. Unfortunately, I have found that it doesn't make sense to entertain all requests to be unbanned. In many cases people will lie in their arguments.

The Shop issue. Can't please everyone, of course. Some people say to remove the Shop completely; still others say to actually add more items.

I don't see how anyone could say I'm not interested in maintaining and expanding GC. If you feel this way, explain..

My online time speaks for itself.. I have other priorities, and these forums are run as a service for the community. It's a lot of fun and I learn a lot from it. I don't do it to take advantage of people, and I don't do it for the money (what money?).

There are people (or maybe just one person) who thinks I never post anything useful. And yet I'm also told that I'm not active enough.

Why would someone be angry if they're demodded? It's not as if you're somehow entitled to the position..

My English is what it is.. personally I find it better than most of what's on the 'net. Also, my use of English varies depending on the mood, or how much time I have in which to communicate a message.

The claim that I care only about revenue from the ads on here is ridiculous..

I've given away domain names on here.. in case you didn't know, they aren't free. I actually buy them the same way you would.. I find them a nice incentive, a way to make people happy and to promote website development (a passion of mine).

I can see you’ve been doing your research, well done.

I can also see your point of view, how can you trust anybody at all and defiantly now after all of what has happened here.

intelliot, your a bit of a liar. i didnt do any of the spamming, compare the ips. its not the same ips.

microdude431, you're a bit of a liar. you edited the templates, you deleted the files, you didn't fix the shop. (and you told me the opposite of all these things)

on the other hand, i never said you were involved in the spamming. all i said was "Some people believe I should not have trusted microdude". in addition, different IPs does not conclusively guarantee anything. it is a trivial matter for one to use a proxy server to mask their IP.

i think that your should reserve your views on the allegations and get on with the work of rebuilding the community! dont get invoved in arguments and counter arguments atleast for the present! Your intentions being focussed should take steps to build the community stronger!

Good ideas. I hope you continue to put forth great effort to move the community forward. It's already a great place but you have to admit that there is tons of work to be done.
