Google helps- Please

I recently was doing some general searches on Google and noticed that when I type in my search word and get the results- no matter what link I click onto in the results- I am redirected to another totally different search engine....what is going on? Where do I need to go to fix this?

Any help would be welcomed!

yes,
google was filter some words now.(yahoo too)
email spam word
50 filter words
e.g word...nude was filter.
you must change google filter turn off/on.
