Should we allow animated avatars and signatures?

Personally, they really annoy me - but I want to know what you think.

No, that's just too much annoying seeing each member in a thread has a moving pixel under their post, another thing is it could slow ones connection.

I we should not allow animated avatars, because these avatars usually made up with high bit rate than a simple images, and this might affect the loading of pages.
