Çãt ™ banned

Ok this should be alright to discuss here...

I emailed Intelliot yesterday wondering why Çãt ™ was banned from GC without being told why even though intelliot has no obligation to warn the banned member that she/he has been banned because of a certain thing, you would have thought that there would be at least some warnings.

Anyway intelliot told me that she was banned because he has received numerous complaints of abusive PMs from cat to others.

I'm not sure who is saying this, but I would really like to know if this is true or not, so please can all people who are claming that they received abusive pm's, PM me dont post here so I can get to the bottom of this.

Cat was banned because she directly insulted me and used profane language. In addition, she repeatedly replied to topics with no purpose and was disruptive in behavoir.

I'm sorry, but any member who directly insults others on a regular basis has no business being a member here.

I disagree. When that happens a warning is in place. One is warned first (if necessary several times) before one is banned. Cat isn't a regular spammer, she is a respected member from this community. And I've never seen much trouble from her!

I don't really know what's going on here. I have heard both sides of the story, from Randy and Cathy, but I'm not really sure who's really right.

Oh well, I hope it gets sorted out soon.

I'm not convinced that Cat really sent abbusive messages to members like she is accused to have done. I think it was just a little fight that was blown up by certain members. Imo, and probably in other's opinion Cat is a respected member of this community and I see no justification for banning her like this (without proper warnings first).
