Yuku won't work

I am having issues getting on Social network, forum, chat and more - Yuku I never had problems till Wednesday not sure why now. When it is loading it says it has found the website but when it has loaded it says it can't find the website. If someone can help me I would appreciate it

I'm having the very same issue, even starting on the same day as you. I checked your profile so that I could email/message you, but I don't think you have that option enabled.

I was doing a bit of searching and it seems that others are in the same boat - all starting on Wednesday, and that it could be a specific AOL/Yuku problem. Do you have AOL?

I was able to submit a support ticket to yuku, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Yes I have AOL on Google I haven't been able to submit anything to them anytime I try to load anything in regards to YUKU I get website found waiting for a reply and then when it loads it says can't find the website.

Things seem to be working for me again.... I can access all my forums. Yay! How about you? Are you able to gain access, or are you still having trouble?

Here are some things I found, which show how broad the problem is/was:

Unable to access yuku, please read here - Report A Bug - Welcome - yuku support - Message Board - Yuku

Friends cannot access Yuku - Report A Bug - Welcome - yuku support - Message Board - Yuku

Get "Page Load Error" for all yuku sites

Problem getting Yuku forums on AOL - The Acoustic Guitar Forum

Here's what you need to do if you're still having problems:

There is one other thing you could try and that is getting her to try accessing yuku through a proxy. This may be a slow way if it works but she may be able to read, post and handle her own ticket this way. It's a chance.

I never recommend a proxy and this is just a random one that works OK with yuku.

She would just paste or type the URL into the box (unckeck 'disable javascript') and press the Surf button.

This would also be a helpful step in finding the cause of the problem.

The above is what worked for me. I signed in through the proxy, and was then able to sign into my account. I then went to the Help section, and was able to submit a support ticket.

Even if everything is now okay, it's a good thing to keep handy in case of future trouble.

My message above was a test, and I see it did get posted. I'm assuming my previous message didn't get posted yet because it contained links. So I've omitted the links and will just include the most important bit, which I got from searching google:

But as I noted in my previous post -- the one not yet posted - my problem has been resolved and I'm able to access all my yuku forums. I hope it's resolved for you too!
