Shortcut Icon

Hello. The favicon doesn't display in Firefox because the code for it isn't included in the <head> HTML tag. In order to make the icon appear in Firefox, and other standard-compliant browsers, include the following code in the head of the HTML:
Code:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" />
FavIcons are almost the easiest way to distinguish between sites when you have 20+ tabs open. Thanks in advance.

Well, it would work without the code even, just remember to name it correctly.

Ummm, no, that code is completely useless and unnecessary. All you need to do is place the file as 'favicon.ico' in the root directory of the website. That code should be only used if you want to use a specific icon for a certain page.
