Promotion?

How can i be promoted to something higher in GC. Is there anyway i can become a moderator or anything else? Can i help with programming or something?

Asking for a promotion the day you join? My, you're certainly ambitious.
As far as I know, they don't take 'applicants' for moderator jobs. And if they did, they'd likely want someone a little more familiar with the community.
But your enthusiasm is to be admired.
