What do you have to do to get a higher Google Community rank. Is it based on number of posts; amount of GC$ or a combination of both (or something completely different?).

It's based upon post count!

And, it won't change your actual rank, but you can change what's displayed under your name, by buying a 'title' at the Effects Shop. ($GC800.)
