GC MSN scams back again?

Someone just added me to their MSN list with email address "webmastergc@googlecommunity.com].
Is this one of the scams I've read about here before?

I blocked them.

I blocked them straight away anyway, so it doesn't matter.

If you get a MSN messenger message from someone with an passport ID from googlecommunity.com block the address immediately and report it to a GC administrator through our GC email forms or via forum PM.
