How to unsubscribe from ALL threads?

Hi! It's been quite some time since I last posted here at GC. It's not that I do not want here anymore, I love this place not just because of the ipod from Elliot (lol), and other pinoys here, but also as a whole.
However, I am very busy right now with my blogs (hope you visit them sometime) and other stuff. So I have to unsubscribe from all threads, but unfortunately, l have been receiving a lot of emails every now and then, from threads even the older ones, and I have to unsubscribe it one by one. I tried to click the path below but cannot find the right command to unsubscribe from all.

hello angel.,
i think you want to unsubscribe from ALL threads,i was solved this pros already a long time.At yet,now i can't find this.
1.Click "user CP" or Click "private messages"..
2.you will see at Left panel many functions of control panel.,Click "List Subscriptions" below of "Subscribed Threads".
3.All subscribed threads will show..at Right Panel.
4.you will see "delete all of the subscribed threads" a button.,(i think)the bottom At Right panel.,Or ..Click uncheck all of the subscribed threads by patiently.
5.(when,i saw this problems,i deleted all of the threads.So,Now i have not get any threads for display as example.if i was wrong.,pardon me.)
