Credit card scam Mauritius

My brother has received bogus credit card charges recently and the only reference on the statement is "Acced World Port Luis." When he does a Google search on these words, Google completes the phrase after only the first two words are typed. Unfortunately, it doesn't bring up any useful information on tracking down who is making these charges. But, the question is, does the fact that Google fills in the search phrase mean that other people have been searching on that phrase? I wish there were a way of networking with other people who are searching on this phrase, i.e., who may have been scammed by the same crooks.

Yes its a common search phrase.

Networking with people searching the same phrase is possible, if Google had a system similar to facebook - account, profile and stuff. Only then this can be done.
