Program to Clean PC?

HellobrI wanted to know if there is a good prog out there I can use to cleam my pc of unwanted or unused progams and files that are no longer being used for anything aslo clean registry in one sweep? br

never heard that one before.
for cleaning system folders or registry i use:
1.system mechanic
2.tune-up utilities
and for spywares:
1.spybot search&destroy
for viruses:
1.kav(my fav)
2.nod32
