Task Manager

Hi, if anyone encountered this problem give me a hand.
When pressing ctrl+alt+del, a small window appears in wich some buttons are beeing shown ( lock computer, log off, shut down, change password, task manager, cancel). The one I'm interested in is Task Manager, wich is disabled. Is it an option I can add or something in order to make it enable? I have tried but so far, nothing.

What do you mean? The whole window is called the task manager, or Windows Task Manager. Look at the picture below. Click on it to view a full sized one.

I can fix this for you if you are an administrator...If you aren't an administrator I can't. however if you are an admin just let me know and I'll send the info your way on how to fix this... I just recently had my task manager andmy regedit privilegesdisabled somehow so I know how to fix it. Just let me know.

Just out of curiosity, does Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right click taskbar -> Task Manager work?
