HELP!! I have lost my top bar & faves!!!

If someone can help me I would be ever so grateful. For some reason I have lost the top bar where the file, edit, view, Tools and help are at. All I have is just a plain bar with an e in the top left corner. I have also lost my tabs as well as my favorites and add to favorites. I DO have my toolbar and address bar. I also have at the bottomright next to the place that says "internet" a white box with a red x. I also cannot right click to open a new window. I am operating with windows XP sp2 IE7. I have not removed anything that I am aware of and I have tried to do a system recovery twice but it hasn't worked. Without the top bar I cannot get to my tools if I need to go to internet options. Can anyone help me with this? PLEASE!!! I have had IE7 for a few months now and have not had any problems until this. Please help me soon with this. Thank You

What you have to do is right-click on any empty space in that top area, and click on Classic Menu.

All I get when I right click at the top is a box for minimize or close. I can't even get back to the classic menu and I am sure you don't mean the classic menu in my start menu. But any empty space that I click on just brings up the little box to close.

Wait, I don't think you quite understood.
See the screenshot. You can enlarge it by clicking on it.

You have to click on the empty space beside the tabs. Sorry I wasn't so clear earlier.
