browser problem

i,m unable to access gmail using the aol browser,but there is no problem if i use internet explorer.this has been going on for days.aol tech was not helpful.i use windows xp with aol 9.0 optimize.i,d like to fix the aol browser so i don,t have to switch browsers.any tech help out there?

Due to extensive javascript usage on gmail, most browsers are not compatible. Guess you will just have to wait until gmail updates their stuff to be more compatible, or you use another browser. But hey, the AOL browser sucks anyway

I'd think that you would rather use IE instead of AOL. I dislike the AOL browser myself. But yeah, you'll just have to wait until Gmail is compatible with AOL.

i would delete *.* for anythin to do with AOL

go with a diff ISP

then uninstall IE

then install firefox

then no problems

I've never heard of an AOL browser, so I can't say anything that.

I wouldn't recommend uninstalling IE, there is no need to uninstall it, and some websites still need IE. Yes I know it's a shame you still need IE for some websites, but that's life.

Firefox is compatible with gmail, so if you want to give firefox a try, I sure can recommend that.

AOL sucks! I've been with AOL for a year, and I've been suffered for a year. recommend to use IE or other browser. don't use aol email, crap!
