Dialer removal failed in Norton btwebcontrol.dll hppre05.msi
Norton has found a generic dialer: btwebcontrol.dll in c:\programs\onlineservices\btyahoo\hppre05.msi
Norton internet security says removal attempt failed. Just before I did the scan which uncovered the dialer, My screen went crazy and there were some strange msn messages and all sorts of weird blank windows explorer windows opening. your urgent help is appreciated I am so fed up and frustrated.
