How do you start one of these so called congas for free stuff sites like this one here http://phreepsps.com/index.php?referral=3389 that get many referals
i have wanted to start my own but dont know how? Any information would be valued.

1.) Think of an expensive product that you cannot provide.
2.) Register the domain name free*product*s.com.
3.) Fill the site with bad HTML, bad security, and lies. Lots of lies.
4.) ???
5.) Profit!
